You get a licence to use software built for your business, and you always own your data. If you'd rather own the software outright, we offer a one-time buyout price that drops the longer you've been with us.
Because it stays in your building and holds your data. Your staff use it over the office network, so billing continues even when the internet is down. We give you the exact specification, or supply and install it with our network and firewall.
The monthly fee continues month to month with the same support, backups and updates. You can leave with 60 days' notice and take a full export of your data.
We send reminders first. If payment stays overdue past 30 days, the software switches to read-only, so you can still view and export your records. It returns to normal once the account is cleared.
One job your business does, like billing, stock, purchase or payroll, with its own screens and reports. Reports and the owner dashboard are included free and don't count as modules. Not sure how many you need? We count them with you during the free site visit.
